WYLLOW uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to enhance your interview preparation experience. Here's how we use AI:

- Resume Parsing: AI extracts structured information from uploaded resumes (work history, education, skills)
- Response Feedback: AI evaluates your practice responses to provide structured feedback and improvement suggestions
- Content Generation: AI generates story titles, competency themes, performance reviews, and skill suggestions
- No Automated Decisions: AI-generated content serves as suggestions and practice feedback. We do not make automated decisions that significantly affect you without human oversight
All AI processing is performed through secure API connections with OpenAI. Your data is processed according to OpenAI's data usage policies for API customers (not used for model training).
7. Analytics and Tracking
We use analytics and engagement tools to improve our service:
- PostHog: Product analytics, feature usage tracking, and A/B testing with feature flags
- Customer.io: Email engagement, notification delivery, and user communication tracking

WYLLOW offers subscription plans managed through Clerk Billing:
- Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features
- Payment Processing: Payment information is processed securely by Clerk and Stripe (we do not store payment details)
- Billing Data: We store subscription status, plan information, and billing history
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
